High Performance Organization - Developed a highly professional organization that is sustainable for the long-term, leverages collaboration with other government agencies and is accessible to the citizens of Baxter County.
 State-of-the-Art Website - Produced a highly interactive website that opens up the Sheriff’s Office to the citizens of Baxter County. We have had over 1 million visits to our website since it was first published on November 1, 2007. Numerous law enforcement agencies across the state are using our website as a model.
Most Wanted - By keeping the citizens informed of the "Most Wanted," 608 arrests have been made in 27 months.
Sex Offender Locator Map - Information on all Baxter County registered sex offenders (including their home addresses) are available via Google Earth mapping software.
Inmate Roster - This real time listing of inmates in the jail tells you who has been arrested and released within the past 48 hours.
Instant Notification - Citizens may register to be notified immediately via email of press releases, updates to the Most Wanted List and Sex Offenders, and Letters from the Sheriff.
Returning Dispatch - Although controversial at the time, the dispatching duties were returned to the Sheriff’s Office. This move greatly increased safety to the officers and service to the public and proved invaluable during the Gassville tornado and Norfork floods.
Sex Offender Community Notifications - Enforced Sex Offender Notifications through an aggressive public notification program and a sex offender registration model that is being duplicated by other law enforcement agencies within the state. I worked diligently with legislators to pass and implement Jessica’s Law and to strengthen Arkansas sex offender registration laws.
Underage Alcohol Consumption - Attacked underage alcohol consumption by working with local legislators to pass four underage drinking laws, and by instituting routine alcohol compliance checks and sobriety check points. School officials indicate a significant decrease in alcohol-related incidents with the school-age population.
 Drug Enforcement - Undercover operations have resulted in hundreds of arrests including several major drug dealers. Thousands of dollars in assets and money have been seized from these dealers.
Revenue Recovery - Recovered significant dollars through a robust fines and restitution collection program, resulting in thousands of dollars of old, past due fines being collected. As a result, over $900,000 has been awarded to victims through restitution, in the past six years.
Grant Awards - Through diligent grant writing efforts, we have received over $350,000 in grants that will make a significant and lasting impact on our commitment to deliver high quality service and safety to the citizens of Baxter County.
